If you already have a ring, measure the inside size with a ruler as follows:

Not sure about your ring size? 💍 Measure your finger circumference with a tape measure or a strip of paper. The length in millimeters corresponds to your ideal size (Example: Finger circumference of 5.8 cm = 58 mm, so size 58).
Determine Your Ring Size Without a Ring Sizer
Cut a strip of paper: 5 mm wide and 10 cm long.
Wrap it around your finger and pull it tight, so you can still easily rotate the paper strip around your finger.
Mark both ends and now determine your ring size by placing the strip on the ruler and reading your INNER circumference in millimeters, e.g., 56 mm, which corresponds to ring size 56.
