Return and Refund Policy



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Goods for intimate or sanitary use if they have been unpacked, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids will not be accepted.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Some health and personal care products that have been opened or used, or have traces of use.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase or 14 days after delivery if this first deadline has been exceeded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have it received. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges excluding clothing (if applicable)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to

Having simply been tried on in a delicate manner
The items being in perfect resalable condition and having not been used.

- Packaging not torn
If possible, try to open the packaging cleanly. You can reuse it in case of return, it's more practical for you.

- Do not force
If the product is unfortunately too small, do not try to put it on completely at any cost. Lingerie is a relatively fragile product, and you could permanently damage the fabric.

- Leave the labels on
Do not tear off the labels until you are sure you can keep the product. We will not be able to take back a product if the label has been torn off.

- Keep your underwear on
Keep your underwear on while trying on. This is an additional guarantee to keep the garment in perfect condition.

- No perfume or cream
During the fitting, we ask you not to wear perfume, nor to have cosmetic products such as creams or oils on the skin.

- Do not wash the product
Do not wash the product before or after trying it. If necessary, hang it outside for a few minutes.

If you return a product to us that does not meet all the criteria, we will deduct the price of it from any remaining refund.

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit worth that of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you returned the item.


Product return procedure

Important: Do not return your package without having obtained this specific address. Returning to an unapproved address will make your product ineligible for a refund.

Address on the package: Please do not use the address on the original package for your returns, as this is a transit address and does not handle returns.

Return costs: We cover the return costs of the first shipment from mainland France on request, provided that you contact us first by email to initiate the return procedure.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

In the event that you are shipping an item worth more than €45, after our consideration, we you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or to take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
