Return and Refund Policy


RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Goods for intimate or sanitary use if they have been unpacked, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids will not be accepted.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Certain health and personal care products that have been opened or used, or have  traces of use.

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase or 14 days after delivery if this first deadline is exceeded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a  of 7  of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us atinfo@thegrandwarehouse.com.
Non-clothing exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atinfo@thegrandwarehouse.com .

For clothes:
Having just been tried in a delicate way
The items are in perfect condition for resale and have not been used.

- Untorn packaging
If possible, try to open the packaging properly. You can reuse it in case of return, it is more convenient for you.

- Don't force it
If the product is unfortunately too small, do not try to put it on completely at all costs. Lingerie is a relatively fragile product, and you could permanently damage the fabric.

- Leave the labels
Do not remove labels until you are sure you can keep the product. We will not be able to take back a product if the label has been removed.

- Keep your underwear on
Keep your underwear on while trying it on. This is an extra guarantee to keep the garment in perfect condition.

- No perfume or cream
During the fitting, we ask that you do not wear perfume or have cosmetic products such as creams or oils on your skin.

- Do not wash the product
Do not wash the product before or after trying it on. If necessary, hang it outside for a few minutes.

If you return a product to us that does not meet all of the criteria, we will deduct the price of the product from any remaining refund.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Before returning a product, you can contact us at the following address:info@thegrandwarehouse.com . We will then provide you with the return address appropriate to your place of residence.


Important: Do not return your package to any other address. Returning to an unapproved address will make your product ineligible for a refund.

Address on package: Please do not use the address on the original package for your returns, as this is a transit address that does not handle returns.

Return costs: We will cover the return costs of the first shipment from Metropolitan France upon request, provided that you contact us beforehand by email to initiate the return procedure.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In the event that you are shipping an item over $45, after we have considered the item, we should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
