General Conditions of Use

Article 1 – Scope and purpose

These General Conditions of Use (hereinafter “CGU”) define the terms under which the site The Grand Warehouse offers access to its services and its content to users (hereinafter “the Users”). Use of the site implies unreserved acceptance by the User of these T&Cs. These conditions apply to all services available on the site, including, but not limited to, browsing, consultation, purchase of products, and subscription to marketing services by SMS.

Article 2 – Modifications to the General Conditions of Use

The Site Editor reserves the right to modify or update these T&Cs at any time. Modifications come into force as soon as they are published on the site. Article 3 – SMS communication services

3.1 Registration and Consent

When the User chooses to register for our SMS communication services, they voluntarily agree to receive text messages including, but not limited to, possible promotional information, offers, transactional notifications and abandoned cart reminders. Consent is explicitly given by the User when registering for the service or when finalizing a purchase.

3.2 Withdrawal of Consent

The User has the right to unsubscribe and withdraw consent to receive marketing messages by SMS at any time. Unsubscribing can be done by replying STOP to any message received or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our messages.

3.3 Fees and Liability

Participation in the SMS marketing service is free, but the User may be subject to message and data charges imposed by their telephone operator. The User is entirely responsible for these costs. We are not responsible for undelivered or delayed messages and any consequences that may result.

Article 4 – Intellectual Property
