What is the delivery time of your products?
Shipping is done in 1-2 business days and delivery takes about 7-15 business days. We ship from France or through global suppliers, in order to get the best possible deals for you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we deliver worldwide with systematic package tracking.
Where do you ship your products from?
Our offices are located in Lyon, in France. Our warehouses are located in various international sites (France, USA, Asia).
Do you provide product tracking/tracking information?
Yes, please wait 3 days after your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a link allowing you to track the package. Sometimes tracking is not available as soon as you receive the shipping email, due to the carriers' computer processing time. In this case, please wait 24 to 48 hours for package tracking to become available. Remember to check the "junk mail" or "spam" folder of your email before contacting us. Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are sometimes shipped separately depending on your order. If this contains, for example, articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive soon after.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear this. Check that this is not due to transport, then simply send us a photo of the damaged item in question to the email address: info@thegrandwarehouse.com. Depending on the case, we will send you a similar or better replacement as soon as possible.
